Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of services provided by The Content Booth Co ("Company," "we," "us," "our," or "Service Provider") and your booking of our luxury digital photo booth rental services. By booking our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not book our services. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with any booking.
1. Description of Services
The Content Booth Co provides luxury digital photo booth rental services for events in Oklahoma, including weddings, corporate events, parties, dealership events, and brand activations. Our services include:
- Professional photo booth equipment setup and teardown
- Custom digital overlays and branding elements
- Professional lighting and high-quality digital equipment
- Stylish backdrops and premium props
- Instant photo sharing and social media integration
- Cloud-based photo galleries for guests
- Professional booth operator or self-service options
The specific services included in your booking will be detailed in your booking confirmation and service agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify services based on venue requirements and event-specific needs.
2. Booking and Reservations
Reservation Process
To book our services, you must complete our online booking form or contact us directly. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation via email from The Content Booth Co. The Company will not be obligated to provide services unless and until a booking is confirmed.
Deposits and Payments
To reserve your event date, a non-refundable $75 booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee secures your date and is applied toward your total balance. Your date is not considered reserved until the booking fee has been paid. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Event Date Confirmation
Your event date is held only upon receipt of the deposit. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of booking, The Company reserves the right to release your date to other customers.
Booking Fee
A non-refundable $75 booking fee is required to secure your event date. This fee is applied toward your total balance. Your date is not reserved until the booking fee has been paid. Remaining balances must be paid in full before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations more than 60 days before event: Full refund of deposit minus 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations 30-60 days before event: 50% refund of deposit.
Cancellations less than 30 days before event: No refund of deposit. Full balance due if event proceeds as rescheduled.
Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their event to another available date without loss of deposit, provided notice is given at least 30 days prior to the original event date. If rescheduling is requested within 30 days of the original event, a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the total service cost will apply.
Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, illness, natural disaster, or other emergency). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund of all payments. The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such cancellations.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to the following customer responsibilities:
- Provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and venue specifications
- Ensure the venue is available and accessible for booth setup/teardown at the agreed times
- Provide adequate electrical outlets (standard 110V) within 50 feet of the booth location, or arrange for additional cabling fees
- Ensure the booth area is clear of obstructions and hazards
- Supervise guests and ensure responsible use of the photo booth and props
- Comply with all venue rules and regulations
- Notify the Company of any changes to event details at least 7 days in advance
- Grant The Company permission to use event photos for marketing and promotional purposes (unless otherwise specified)
- Be responsible for the conduct of guests during the event
5. Limitation of Liability
Equipment and Services
The Content Booth Co is not responsible for lost or damaged customer items, including but not limited to phones, jewelry, personal belongings, or promotional materials. Guests use the photo booth and props at their own risk. The Company is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the use of booth equipment or props.
Photo Quality and Delivery
While the Company makes every effort to deliver high-quality photos and timely galleries, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Photo quality may be affected by venue lighting, guest positioning, and other environmental factors. Digital galleries are typically delivered within 7 business days of the event. The Company is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Technical Issues
In the event of equipment failure or technical issues beyond our control, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or partial refund of service fees. The Company is not liable for lost photos or data resulting from equipment failure, software issues, or other technical problems.
Venue-Related Issues
The Company is not responsible for venue-related issues including but not limited to inadequate electrical service, lack of space, venue access restrictions, or venue cancellations. If the venue is unable to accommodate the booth or if electrical issues prevent setup, the Company will attempt to work with the customer to find a solution. If no solution is possible, the customer may reschedule or receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
6. SMS Communications
SMS Opt-In Agreement
I agree to receive SMS messages from The Content Booth Co. related to my inquiry, booking updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Message Content
SMS communications from The Content Booth Co may include:
- Booking confirmations and updates
- Payment reminders and invoices
- Event day logistics and timing
- Post-event photo gallery links
- Customer support and responses to inquiries
- Service reminders and information
Message Frequency
By opting in to SMS communications, you understand that message frequency varies depending on your event needs and communication requests. You may receive multiple SMS messages regarding your booking and event, typically ranging from 1-5 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details on your plan's text messaging charges. The Content Booth Co is not responsible for charges assessed by your mobile service provider for SMS communications.
STOP/HELP Instructions
To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any SMS message from The Content Booth Co. We will honor your request and stop sending SMS messages to your phone number within one business day.

Consent Not Required to Purchase
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make a purchase or use The Content Booth Co services. If you choose not to opt in to SMS communications, we will continue to serve your booking and provide services through email and phone communications.
7. Intellectual Property and Photo Rights
Photo Ownership
All photos taken during your event are the property of The Content Booth Co. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal use, social media sharing, and event documentation. You may not sell, distribute, or use the photos for commercial purposes without written permission from The Company.
Marketing Use
By booking with The Content Booth Co, you grant us permission to use photos and videos captured at your event for marketing and promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and advertising materials. If you prefer that your event media not be used, you must notify us in writing before your event date.

Guest Consent
As the event organizer, you are responsible for obtaining consent from all guests to participate in the photo booth and for their images to be captured and shared. You agree to inform guests that their photos may be shared on social media, included in galleries, or used for marketing purposes.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Content Booth Co, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the photo booth or props
- Injuries or accidents occurring during your event
- Damage to The Company's equipment caused by guests or event venue conditions
- Third-party claims related to photos or videos taken at your event
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and The Content Booth Co, we encourage you to contact us at info@thecontentboothco.com to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue legal action in the state courts located in Oklahoma.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Content Booth Co reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
For any bookings made prior to the effective date of changes, the Terms in effect at the time of booking will apply unless both parties agree otherwise.
